Honda Motorcycles

Honda were losing market share to BMW in Europe. Respect for their engineering was good but Honda were struggling to generate brand love. So, using the launch of the Africa Twin, I created a new storytelling platform, reframing their passion, not as a world leader at creating engines, but a world leader at creating human emotions.

I created one of the first interactive
films on Youtube.

Digital and Social Content

As part of this major launch for Honda I created a full content suite for their pan-European website and social channels, including teaser films, product films, photography assets and exclusive interviews with Honda riders Marc Marquez and Joan Barreda.

 

Results:

Regained Number One Brand status in Europe.
77% of all Africa Twins were sold during the
campaign pre-sales period.
